Vehicles we have built

Escort vehicles for Toll, showrooms for Elson and Sigenergy, and other vehicles we still build. The brief, and what was built.

Toll · Fleet Solutions

Escort vehicles for Toll, with a living body that lifts off

Brief
Toll runs escort vehicles that cover ground faster than the chassis underneath can last. The living sections were still sound when the vehicles under them were wearing out.
Build
A self-contained living body on a single-cab Toyota HiLux. Electric living systems were part of the decision: off-grid reliability, and the regulations that apply to the work. The body lifts off, so it can move onto a fresh chassis, and every unit is built to the same specification.
Result
The living body stays in service when a chassis is worn out, and every vehicle has the same layout.

  • Living systems
