What warranty do I get?

Every vehicle comes with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty on the build. If you are ordering a fleet or putting vehicles into rental, we can agree longer cover in your supply agreement. The length depends on usage, kilometres and order size, and we put it in writing before the build starts.

Who covers the chassis and appliances?

The chassis manufacturer sets and backs the chassis warranty, and major appliances are covered by their own manufacturers. Terms vary by manufacturer and model. We can help you choose the right chassis and explain the warranty that comes with it, and we hand over the manufacturer's warranty details with the vehicle.

Operator solutions

One brief, built once, delivered across the fleet.

Every fleet starts with your brief: what the vehicles must carry or enable, who will use them and the operating environment. We design the layout and fitout around it before the build starts. For a procurement file, use the capability statement. A price is prepared from the brief. There is no public price list.

Toll

Escort vehicles for Toll, with a living body that lifts off.

Brief: Toll runs escort vehicles that cover ground faster than the chassis underneath can last. The living sections were still sound when the vehicles under them were wearing out.
Build: A self-contained living body on a single-cab Toyota HiLux. Electric living systems were part of the decision: off-grid reliability, and the regulations that apply to the work. The body lifts off, so it can move onto a fresh chassis, and every unit is built to the same specification.
Result: The living body stays in service when a chassis is worn out, and every vehicle has the same layout.
